The Children of Mary Home Schoolers believe that the One, Holy,
Catholic, and Apostolic Church is the one, true Church founded by our
Lord Jesus Christ as the means of salvation for all mankind. We believe that
the Holy Father is the Vicar of Christ on earth. We embrace his rightful
authority, are in union with him and the Magisterium, i.e., those bishops in
union with him. In particular, we abide by the teachings in the papal
encyclicals “Humanae Vitae” and “Familiaris Consortio,” which condemn
the use of artificial contraception, insist upon the protection of life from
conception to natural death, uphold and defend the family as the domestic
church and the original cell of social life, and specify the role of parents as
the first and foremost educators of their children.
